Returns & Exchanges

At Aikin Littles, we take pride in the quality of our garments. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to make an exchange, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange under the conditions outlined below.


We aim to dispatch your order within 72 hours of being placed, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.

Should any item be out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with further details.


Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct, as we cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
 

During sales or promotional periods, please note that shipping times may take longer than usual due to high demand.


Taxes and Duties


For shipments within Spain and the EU, VAT is already included in the price, so no additional charges will apply upon delivery. For orders shipped to the United States, you are responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply according to local regulations. Purchases up to $800 shipped to the U.S. are typically exempt from additional taxes. For orders shipped to the UK, you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs charges that may apply upon receipt of your package. Aikin Littles is not responsible for these charges.

Returns Policy


We offer a 14-day return policy for customers in Spain and the EU, and a 21-day return policy for customers in the United States and the UK, starting from the day you receive your item. If these periods have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Certain exemptions apply during the holiday period of December 1 through January 10, where we will extend to a 30-day return policy for any orders purchased within that timeframe.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging, including tags and protective coverings. The product must not have been washed or worn.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email at hello@aikinlittles.com within 14 days (or 21 days for U.S. or UK customers) of receiving your order. Be sure to include your name, order number, and the reason for your return.


The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your protection, as Aikin Littles is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Exchange Policy


If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please notify us by email at hello@aikinlittles.com before sending the item back. Once we receive the original item, we will dispatch the new one to you.

  • For customers within Spain, we will ship the exchanged item at no additional cost.

  • For customers in the EU, a flat fee of €5 will be charged for shipping the new item.

  • For customers in the USA, a flat fee of $10 will apply for shipping the exchanged item.

  • For customers in the UK, a flat fee of £10 will apply for shipping the exchanged item.


Please note that the cost of returning the original item is the responsibility of the customer.
 

How to Return Items


If you wish to return an item, please send it back to the following address using a tracked or “signed for” delivery service:

Please retain your proof of postage and tracking information until we confirm receipt of your returned item.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days, and the refund will be credited to your original payment method.


Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons:

  • Gift Cards

  • Socks & Tights

  • Hair Accessories

  • Custom or Personalized Items
     

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
